EchoData Group, a full-service fulfillment and distribution company headquartered in Coatesville, PA, recently acquired certain assets of Sheeran Direct and its three locations in New Castle, DE. All employees will join the staff of EchoData Group. The synergy of these two historic companies will allow EchoData to better serve all its clients with greater scalability and a wider selection of services.

Hissyfit Plans U.S. Expansion

November 10, 2010, New Castle, DE - Valeant Pharmaceuticals acquires new anti-aging skin care line Hissyfit and selects Sheeran Direct as their preferred fulfillment partner.

Valeant Pharmaceuticals International is a multinational specialty pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures and markets a broad range of pharmaceutical products primarily in the areas of neurology and dermatology. Hissyfit plans to expand into U.S. markets and will be looking to Sheeran Direct to handle the order processing, storage and shipping of their products.

In addition to Hissyfit, Sheeran handles the fulfillment of KINERASE®, another anti-aging skin care line for Valeant.
